trigonometry

today in class we learnt the types of angles and did a problem like this one here

a surveyor travels at point B S 55degrees E then travels at point C S 40degrees E find the co-ordinates(distance) distance AB= 100m
we first find the degrees of the triangle formed then we use the law of sine to find the distance of each one of them
sine A/a= sine B/b=sineC/c then you will get the distance

the you find the area by choosing a height that is a 90degree from one point to the other making sure you divide it equally making sure they all add up to 180degrees
